KIB 164 – Time to Deal with Dread

Kingdom Intelligence Briefing

Join Dr. Lake and Mary on today’s podcast as they discuss the cycle of dread.  They examine how a spirit of dread, a spirit of fear, and a spirit of hopelessness can affect a believer’s faith.  Mary explains how a spirit of dread had a grip on her for most of her life and how she did not recognize dread as a spirit.  While she was able to drive back dreadful thoughts by speaking out the truth of God’s Word, she was only able to walk in victory in that area of her life after recognizing the spirit and commanding it to go.  Dr. Lake gives insight through Deuteronomy 11:21-25 and Ephesians 2:11-13, and he further explains how the covenants of promise give us hope and derail fear and dread.  Dr. Lake prays for victory over these faith-hindering spirits.
Dr. Michael Lake is the Chancellor and Founder of Biblical Life College and Seminary and is the author of the best-selling book, The Shinar Directive:  Preparing the Way for the Son of Perdition, and the newly released book, The Sheeriyth Imperative: Empowering the Remnant to Overcome the Gates of Hell.
Mary Lou Lake has worked side by side with her husband in ministry for over 30 years and is the author of the book, What Witches Don’t Want Christians to Know – Expanded Edition.
