Welcome to Babylon’s Matrix of Control

What I am about to share in this article may very well change your perception of reality. No, I will not be addressing the hypothesis in physics that we are living in a holographic universe (a digital simulation). The truth is far more nefarious. Over the past one hundred years, truth and perception have slowly been controlled, shaped, and curated. In my first book, The Shinar Directive, I document how J.P Morgan gained control of every news agency in America.

¹¹ And the merchants of the earth weep and mourn for her, since no one buys their cargo anymore, ¹² cargo of gold, silver, jewels, pearls, fine linen, purple cloth, silk, scarlet cloth, all kinds of scented wood, all kinds of articles of ivory, all kinds of articles of costly wood, bronze, iron and marble, ¹³ cinnamon, spice, incense, myrrh, frankincense, wine, oil, fine flour, wheat, cattle and sheep, horses and chariots, and slaves, that is, human souls. The Matrix is everywhere. It is all around us. Even now, in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work, when you go to church, when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth. That you are a slave, Neo. Like everyone else you were born into bondage. Born into a prison that you cannot smell or taste or touch. A prison for your mind. Quote by Morpheus from the movie, The Matrix

“The perfect dictatorship would have the appearance of a democracy, but would basically be a prison without walls in which the prisoners would not even dream of escaping. It would essentially be a system of slavery where, through consumption and entertainment, the slaves would love their servitudes.” [1]. Aldous Huxley

In the colonies that originally formed our great nation, the freedom of the press was a revolutionary idea. The press accepted a unique task within the formation of America: to serve as the watchdog over the newly discovered freedom from the Elite in Europe that had oppressed humanity for so long. It was, in a sense, almost a social sacred trust with the people of our nation. It served to keep a balance within our democracy. In fact, at the founding of our nation, freedom of the press only existed here. This free press became the model for other nations that desired to form republics similar to ours. What course of action would the Elite need to take to control information within a nation that had embraced the concept of freedom of the press? The answer is: Buy and control the press. In 1917, Congressman Oscar Callaway entered into the congressional record the fact that JP Morgan had hired twelve top news managers to first determine the most influential news agencies in America and then to calculate how many of them would need to be purchased to control the general policy of the daily news. The men informed JP Morgan that only twenty-five agencies would be required to basically control the flow of information that was reported to the American people. An agreement was reached; the policy of the papers was bought, and an editor was placed at each paper to ensure that all published information was in keeping with the new policy. Shortly after the purchase, a front group was formed by Morgan, Warburg, and Rockefeller to define the new policy and, thus, control the news in the United States. From that time on, the control of our news information was entwined with the Rhodes think tank known as the Council on Foreign Relations. [2]

Since that time, with every new technology that has been introduced to humanity, it was not long until shadowy figures in the background began to manipulate these technologies to build Huxley’s Democratic Dictatorship (i.e., Babylon’s Matrix). When we add the technologies of social media (which many believe were originally funded by seed money from the intelligence community) and artificial intelligence agents, a matrix of altered perception forms around a frighteningly large segment of the world’s population.

Over the past year, there has been a marked rise in antisemitism in the Western World, and especially here in the United States. In a recent episode of Glen Beck, he shares how AI is slowly weaving a new reality for younger Americans using social media. Since the war began with Iran, the top one thousand anti-Semitic posts that went viral were examined. These posts were created in English and were made to appear to have been posted from within the United States. However, they were created outside the U.S. by foreign powers to create a false narrative. In examining the remaining 25% of the posts, the social media platforms (including X, or Twitter) automatically translated them into English. Untold millions are reposting these fabricated conspiracy theories as absolute facts. This is just one example of foreign agents using AI and social media to shape our congregants’ perceptions. And it is just the tip of the iceberg. Between our national news media curating the news to alter public opinion, search engine algorithms that obfuscate the truth, social media’s pseudo-hivemind manipulation, and the growing misuse of AI, the matrix of control is being formed over a people obsessed with entertainment and consumption.

What the apostle John foresaw in the book of Revelation is developing all around us. Revelation 18:13 does not refer to human trafficking (which is a horror that must be stopped). John is referring to the capturing of the human soul. The Greek word that John uses for souls is psyche. Logos Word Sense does an outstanding job of distilling the various definitions from the Greek lexicons that are available to form a clarion statement for this hour. Logos Word Sense states that psyche means “the immaterial part of a person, soul which is the actuating cause of an individual life; the site of all the psychological faculties (such as the heart, mind, and conscience)”. [3] In the Last Days, Mystery Babylon will be able to enslave the hearts, minds, and consciences of the world.

How Is the Body of Christ Supposed to Respond to the Matrix of Babylon?

¹⁴I have given them your word, and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. ¹⁵ I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one. ¹⁶They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. ¹⁷ Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth. John 17:14–17 (ESV)

¹³He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, ¹⁴ in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:13–14 (ESV)

We must be a people who have separated themselves from the world system. The moment that we were born again, Jesus delivered us from the power or domain of darkness. The Greek word John uses for domain (or power) is exousia. Again, Logos Word Sense defines exousia as “a domain understood by the authority necessary to exercise such dominion.” [4] Yes, it is a spiritual reality that Jesus has indeed delivered us from the authority of the enemy. However, when individuals become consumed by carnality, consumerism, and entertainment, we can once again entangle ourselves in their covert influence, all the while dulling our hearing to the voice of the Spirit of God! The entertainment model for Church growth has created a snare for the people of God. No wonder God is publicly revealing the rampant sin in their leadership in our day!

Because we are in Christ and have received His truth (Word), while we remain in the world, we are not to be of the world. We have been birthed into a spiritual Kingdom whose King is our Lord Jesus Christ. We must rediscover how to live by the Spirit of God and to return to the faith once delivered to the saints. The first step to either avoiding or getting out of a trap is to know that it is there. The entertainment distractions of Babylon are designed to ensnare us and to put us to sleep spiritually. Even in Paul’s day, he had to remind the believers in Rome to wake up!

¹¹Besides this you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed. ¹² The night is far gone; the day is at hand. So then let us cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light. ¹³ Let us walk properly as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and sensuality, not in quarreling and jealousy. ¹⁴ But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to gratify its desires. Romans 13:11–14 (ESV)

It seems as if the apostle Paul knew about the scandals of the modern Church and the social media posts scattered across the internet in which believers live for the argument! We must awaken from the spiritual slumber of Huxley’s democratic dictatorship and reclaim our freedom in Christ! It may just be a fluke that the only way out of the Matrix in the movie was to take the red pill. But John reminds us:

¹¹And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death. Revelation 12:11 (ESV)

May the blood of Jesus set you free and keep you free in the days ahead.
