Understanding the Kingdom – Part 39

Understanding the Kingdom – Part 39

Biblical Life TV

In this session, Dr. Michael Lake examines how Peter introduced the Kingdom of God on the day of Pentecost.  Peter declared to all of Israel that they violated Deut. 18:15-19.  In fact, they crucified the One that Moses stressed that they needed to obey.  Then Peter declares that God had raised the Messiah from the dead and that the Messiah is now in Heaven waiting for His enemies to become His footstool.  This is one of the most powerful altar calls in history!  Then Dr. Lake examines Acts 2:38 and places it back into the proper biblical and historical context and shows that Peter did not have a greater revelation that Jesus in Matthew 28.  Peter was call the Jews to submit to the authority of the Messiah that they had rejected!  Finally, an examination on why Christianity is hated above all religions on the planet and how this hatred is connected to fallen immortals and the Mystery Religions.
Dr. Michael Lake is the Chancellor and Founder of Biblical Life College and Seminary and is the author of the best-selling book, The Shinar Directive:  Preparing the Way for the Son of Perdition, and the newly released book, The Sheeriyth Imperative:  Empowering the Remnant to Overcome the Gates of Hell.
