Switching from DVD to MP4 Video on USB Thumb Drives
Over the past couple of years, producing DVDs has become problematic. We have run diagnostics on our equipment and found no problems. Yet, without warning, we will have some that have purchased a series online have problems with a set of DVDs. One of our customers suggested placing the videos in MP4 on a USB thumb drive. Most new TVs, DVD/Blu-Ray players, and computers have a USB port to play MP4 videos. The equipment and a supply of USB thumb drives have been ordered, and we will begin production this week.
If you have purchased a DVD set from our ministry and are having problems with playing your DVDs, please let us know. Email us at biblicallife@biblical-life.net, and provide the order number and the video set in question. If you are in the United States, we will mail you a USB thumb drive with the MP4 versions of the video set on it. If you are outside the United States, we will provide you a DropBox link to download the videos to your computer.
