KIB 155 – Treasure Hunting in the Kingdom

Kingdom Intelligence Briefing

Join Dr. Lake and Mary on today’s podcast, as they discuss the importance of finding the treasure that Almighty God has placed within you.  Dr. Lake talks about how demonic strongholds are positioned to keep the giftings of God buried within you.  The enemy is worried that once you discover these giftings, you will consecrate them to God and use them for the Kingdom.  Mary relates how our society emphasizes that how much wealth or material goods a person has determines their value and how the enemy takes advantage of this fact.  She also shares how God instructed her about dealing with taproots.  Dr. Lake reveals how these taproots can be covering the treasure within you and how to uproot them.  They encourage the listeners about this coming year and how there will be great deliverance and healing.
Dr. Michael Lake is the Chancellor and Founder of Biblical Life College and Seminary and is the author of the best-selling book, The Shinar Directive:  Preparing the Way for the Son of Perdition, and the newly released book, The Sheeriyth Imperative: Empowering the Remnant to Overcome the Gates of Hell.
Mary Lou Lake has worked side by side with her husband in ministry for over 30 years and is the author of the book, What Witches Don’t Want Christians to Know – Expanded Edition.

  1. Thanks so much for your involvement with the remnant and your obedience to the Father. These podcasts and teachings are spot on. Have almost been listening to them for about a year now. I Definitely agree that sometimes where your gift or calling is that is where you find your greatest battle and struggle. Praise Father God for great deliverances this year! Grateful to Father GOD for this ministry especially as very young believer it’s good to have solid foundation in the Word of GOD. May you be so BLESSED by Abba Father as you continue to minister together in unity. I pray that Holy Spirit will continue to guide you both!

  2. Just two days ago I cried to Yeshua about how worthless I felt. How alone and abandoned. That everything I had ever tried to do failed.(I grew up with that beat into my head)I have been despondent beyond belief and questioned even if God really loved me at all! I know your heart told you “Heather” needed to hear the blessing and my hope is she did! But I believe with all my heart everything you and Mary said on this podcast was directed at me.It was like Yeshua was speaking through you and telling me everything I needed to hear about my prayer the other day.I had cried out to Him”You don’t speak to me you don’t answer me!” No one cares what happened to me”!Today as I listened to my beloved Brother and Sister HE answered me! He used both of you to tell me point blank what I needed to know and hear.
There just isn’t enough thank you’s to say to you for allowing Father to use you to speak to me and one’s like me what we need and should hear from Him.I am strengthened by His message and not only that but I’m comforted by knowing my ” Remnant family” loves me even though we are far apart right
now.May Yeshua’s face continue to shine on both of you.Thank You!!!

  3. Thank you! I am almost 75 and I still and getting rid if the “I will never be good enough mindset. It was ingrained in my by family and 12 years of RC schooling taught me. I coukd tell there were roots but tap root was not something I heard. Blessings of seeking ng your heart’s desires being fulfilled beyond your wildest expectations.

    1. Dearest beloved Sister In Christ,You are not alone! I’m 60 and have those same deep roots as Mike made a point Jesus will hold His hands around us as we pull pull pull on those lying roots Lucifer implanted in us at such a tender impressionable age.
I find great comfort from Mike & Mary reaffirming we have something very precious at the bottom of that root!Till we meet….
Sending love and blessings to you my family so far away “for a time”.

  4. Just read over these comments. Can’t wait to listen to the podcast. Very timely. I just got to the root of feeling less than, now am ready to let go and freefall in Abba.

  5. Mary Lou’s story reminded me of when I was in grade 4/5. There was a girl in my class who used to beat me up. I would come home covered in bruises and my parents refused to go to the school for reasons I don’t remember. Well, I prayed about it, as I could not bring myself to retaliate. Besides which, she was vicious and bigger than me. The teachers refused to resolve the issue when I brought it to their attention.

One day, there was a school book sale. I asked my mother if I should buy a coloring book for this girl, as my mother said she probably beat me up because she was more than likely going through stuff at home. So I did. I gave it to her and she was stunned. Soon after, she returned it to me. She said her father did not want her to have it. On the back cover was the following inscription:

To (her name) from my friend (my name).

It was then I realized her reality (which wasn’t too far removed from my own, I came to understand later in life). I remember noticing after that, how angry she was when she came to school, angry with her home life, as her dad abused her. She often came to school angry. I did not see it before. She never touched me again, but she never talked to me again either. I often wondered if that made any positive impact on her in her life. I guess I will find out one day.
