KIB 153 – Kingdom Power Concepts of Prayer

Kingdom Intelligence Briefing

On today’s podcast, Dr. Lake and Mary discuss the importance of persistence in prayer.  Dr. Lake expounds Matthew 7:7-8 and the parable of the persistent widow in Luke 18:1-8.  They contrast the scriptures to our society’s “quick fix” expectations.  Dr. Lake and Mary extend their sympathy to all those affected by the California wildfires and ask for continued prayers.  As we enter the Feast of Dedication, Mary reads Dr. Richard Booker’s explanation of the probable time of Jesus’ birth.  They encourage those that feel like giving up on their work in the Kingdom of God.
Dr. Michael Lake is the Chancellor and Founder of Biblical Life College and Seminary and is the author of the best-selling book, The Shinar Directive:  Preparing the Way for the Son of Perdition, and the newly released book, The Sheeriyth Imperative: Empowering the Remnant to Overcome the Gates of Hell.
Mary Lou Lake has worked side by side with her husband in ministry for over 30 years and is the author of the book, What Witches Don’t Want Christians to Know – Expanded Edition.
